Great tour and excellent value for money! Our guide, Jeewa, was absolutely amazing—he spoke good English and shared so much history with us along the way. Every stop was wonderful: Ravana Waterfalls, the Nine Arch Bridge (we even caught the train passing!), and the Flying Ravana Resort, where you can hike Little Adam's Peak, zip line, or ride an ATV. The zip line and ATV cost extra, and you can also swing or wear the dress, for an additional cost. Kiru Kopi is a lovely coffee spot—the banana chocolate oat smoothie is really good. I highly recommend hiking Little Adam's Peak; it takes about 15 minutes to reach the top, so take your time and bring water. The view is worth it. Afterward, we explored the temple, and the final stop was the spice garden. There's a 200 rupee entrance fee here that we didn't know about—this part we could have skipped. We asked to be dropped back in the city. Overall, a lively day and a great 5–6 hour tour. Thanks for a great time, Jeewa!

A wonderful tour; the two hours flew by. It was just us. The girl was very pleasant and explained all the intricacies of harvesting and preparing the tea. We also picked the tea ourselves. We took home some tea we'd personally picked. For that price, it was a real gift!

We booked super short term, like 2 days before the train ride, but everything worked out super well, we got 2nd class reserved seats. Now it’s also very off season, so maybe in high season it‘s more likely, that you need to book much more in advance.

My partner and I booked this cooking class with Neranji and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. Neranji is an incredible host and teacher. She explains every single detail about local spices, traditional cooking techniques, and ingredients with genuine passion. It’s completely hands-on, authentic, and far from a standard tourist demo. At the end, we sat down to an absolute feast with everything we had prepared—hands down some of the most delicious, authentic Sri Lankan food we’ve tasted. Highly, highly recommended to anyone visiting Ella!
