We wanted to book a South Island tour with our tour operator, Jet2, but they never responded to our call!! Now we are glad they didn't! This tour was great. Very informative, the guide was friendly and funny and her English was great. We started at the camel rides, and although my husband and I didn't want a ride, it was an interesting stop. There was a small museum, toilet and gift shop, and we were there for around 20 minutes. Next, we headed to the Timfanaya National Park. Here, we went to the summit where we saw the geothermic experiments and had time to look around the gift shop, get a drink, use the toilets, and take some great photos! After this, our coach driver took us carefully around the national park, and we learned all about the eruptions on Lanzarote. I loved this part and got some more great photos. If you don't like heights, I'd recommend sitting on the left/ drivers side of the bus, as most of the "drops" are on the right!! We had a short stop in a village that was miraculously missed by the lava flow, here we could buy a drink or some lunch. It was a very pretty spot to stop. Then, lastly, it was on to the vineyards at La Geria. Don't be expecting a full wine tasting. You get to taste one, which was delicious. But, this is where the difference in tours lies. As I said at the beginning, we were trying to book the tour through Jet2, but it was twice the price of this tour!!!! Maybe you get a longer wine tasting on the more expensive tours, but we found this to be perfect for us! The time in each stop was long enough to get some great photos, the guide was brilliant and full of knowledge, and we were out for around 5 hours, which I think is great value. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Reviews: Jandia: Sotavento, La Pared, Morro Jable, Group of Up to 8

A fantastic time and unforgettable views! If you're in Fuerteventura, you absolutely must see Sotavento – it's one of the most beautiful places on the island! I was also pleasantly surprised by La Pared beach. I love hidden gems like this, which aren't directly accessible by car. They have a unique atmosphere and are definitely worth exploring. Our guide, Mateusz, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer all our questions about Fuerteventura and the rest of the Canary Islands. He clearly knows these places intimately and can tell interesting stories about them. The flexibility of the program and openness to our ideas were a big plus. When we decided we wanted to spend more time on Sotavento, Mateusz easily adapted the itinerary to our needs. This allowed us to enjoy the places we visited without feeling rushed. I highly recommend him!

Reviews: Wine Lovers: Wine Tasting Tour at El Grifo Bodega Lanzarote
Guest User2026-10-31
A truly atmospheric place. The tour was very well structured: we were shown the different grape varieties and the winemaking methods, and every relevant detail was covered, including the why, when and how. Our guide, Charlie, was engaging and conveyed the core aspects of El Grifo's products, work and history. We tasted six wines, and each one was an experience. It was an incredibly memorable visit. Loved it all! Highly recommend!

The volcano tour to Timanfaya was great. The excursion to the winery... a sales stop and aloe vera was informative, but also aimed at making a sale.

Reviews: Lanzarote: Visit a traditional mill and taste our gofio.
Guest User2026-10-08
The visit to the only real mill left on the island is interesting; Mrs. Ana works there so she knows it inside out. It's really nice to make the pela de gofio yourself at the end of the tour: it's delicious and healthy. I bought some of their products to take home: they're excellent quality.
