Two passengers got lost at one of the stops, which cost us 45 minutes of the tour until they reappeared, and the tour ended on time. I think the tour should have been extended by the appropriate amount of time, with the company covering the driver and guide's additional expenses and avoiding inconveniencing the passengers.
