We loved it as tour guide is skiilful in navigating through the itineraries despite the weather (we visited Huxueyan mansion first as it was raining and went to Xihu later on when the weather cleared up). Not sure if it's because if timing change, most of the time the place we visited is not crowded at all and it really felt like super private tour! No hard selling and the restaurant recommended in Xihu is very very nice.

We had a door to door pick up and drop off in a spacious luxury vehicle. Driver was able to navigate the city well. Our tour guide Sven was friendly and well informed of the different sites we visited. We were able to see all these site in the hours set which was really convenient for us given we only had one day to explore the lake. Sven was also great in helping us take photos at the key sites. Would highly recommend to anyone who is only in Hangzhou for a day.
