At the first time it didn't install due to some maybe operator, maybe connection issues, maybe a phone problem, who knows. QR code was one time, so I was unable to install a esim. But thanks to the helpful seller and the support I was finally able to use the esim, as they were able to create a new code for me. Great level of support, recommend the seller
