Reviews: FULL DAY| MOUNTAIN OF COLORS ON HORSEBACK
Guest User2026-10-01
The final destination is amazing, but the way to it is rather hard. Even though the name of the trip is Rainbow mountains on the horseback, horse is not included. You have to pay extra 80 soles in cash to the locals who offer this trip. There was no much help or storytelling from the guide. I am sure that it is important to prescribe the level of difficulty and give a chance to pre-pay a comfortable way up. But anyway the whole trip to the Rainbow mountains is worth doing as it is a fantastic place to see.

Saturnino was very kind and a great guide through the foothills of Cusco visiting multiple ruins and sacred sites. Horses were well-trained and adaptive to the rider's experience level. What a beautiful way to spend the last day of my trip to Peru!! Thank you!

My friend and I had the best time on this tour! Walking the alpacas through the Sacred Valley was easily one of our favorite experiences of the entire vacation. It was such a unique and memorable experience. Highly recommend!
