I did enjoy the experience and the spa itself was nice, but there were quite a few issues. First, my hotel was not included in the pick-up area, even though this was not clearly stated during booking. The program suggested hotel pick-up was included, so I was surprised to find out I had to arrange and pay for a taxi myself. Even the driver had trouble finding the location, so arrival was stressful. Another issue was communication. The staff didn’t speak English, and Wi-Fi only worked on the first floor, so it was difficult to translate or ask for anything. I even needed to go to the first floor, use wife there to translate TOILET!!! In the jacuzzi area they gave me a snack and a drink, but it was wine, and I don’t drink alcohol. They didn’t even ask and because of the language issues and bad internet I couldn’t explain Did I like it in general? Yes! Would I go again? No! But if you have good internet, speak Spanish, drink alcohol and your hotel is in their pick up area you will fine!

If you love nature and the mountains, this is a must do adventure. Now I want to see more of the Andes Mountain range. Our English speaking guide Jennifer was awesome and our driver was a very good driver. Stunning views that pictures don’t do justice. Every single Columbian was incredibly kind, and tried their very best. We both loved the homemade breakfast and lunch ❤️

Everything was excellent, the experience is unique. If you book with the wellness spa, it's a wonderful, super relaxing experience. Maria, Elisa, and Pedro provided excellent service; they took incredible care of us from beginning to end! Highly recommended!! 🙏🏻😉🫶🏻

Angelo was a fantastic host. He met us at the train station for extra help getting to where we needed to go and he was very easy to talk with. The coffee farm was amazing! The views were incredible, the coffee was so good and we learned a lot! The massage and coffee scrub and ice bath all were fantastic, I would highly recommend this tour for anyone in the area and I will definitely be back!
