Tickets and private car transfers were all fine, and the itinerary allowed for customized drop-off points, but there was an extra charge of 500 baht. The convenience was certainly adequate. The vehicles were very unsanitary, with many small insects on board. Because the itinerary was too rushed, there wasn't time to change vehicles; otherwise, I might have considered switching. The driver seemed to only speak a little English, requiring the use of translation software for communication. Fortunately, the software worked well, and it didn't cause any major delays.

We were able to get close to the animals, and the shows were impressive; we were very satisfied. The staff were also very polite, and I would recommend this tour to family and friends. The customer service team notified us in advance and proactively contacted us, following up on our needs throughout the trip – very thoughtful! 👍🏻 The driver arrived at the hotel early to wait for us, and during the zoo visit, he explained the different animals and proactively stopped to allow us time to observe them – very friendly! Later, when we suddenly needed to leave the zoo early, the customer service and driver were also very accommodating, ensuring we had a very pleasant trip. Thank you! 🙏

This tour focuses on Si Ayutthaya and also includes visits to temples. Animal photography can be purchased separately on-site, ranging from 200 to 2500 baht. Feeding crocodiles, lions, and giraffes is available for 50 baht, which is also highly recommended. Bring extra cash; you'll have a great time. I booked the White Tiger photography course and purchased additional elephant, crocodile, and tiger photos on-site. It takes about 20 minutes for the photos to develop after shooting, so I recommend taking photos first. Framed photos are also available for 200 baht, so you might want to buy one if you have the budget.

Group tours with discounts and meals included (priced around NT$1000) are highly likely to be canceled around 8 or 9 PM that same day! And it's a last-minute cancellation! The reason given will be insufficient participants! But it doesn't mean the tour hasn't started. The operator, Golden Penguin Thailand, is still advertising on their social media that there will be a tour the next day, but it won't include meals and costs around NT$1400 per person! One second, the low-priced tour with meals is said to be canceled, and ten minutes later, the high-priced tour without meals is confirmed!

Of all the places we booked online, this was the most worthwhile. There was no pressure to buy anything or push sales, and they weren't grumpy even if you didn't buy anything. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. A bag of bananas cost 100 NTD to feed the elephants, which was more expensive than elsewhere, but it was a worthwhile experience. A large photo with three angles cost 400 NTD, and the photos were very good – much cheaper than at many tourist attractions. We bought some; you can assess whether you need them.
