A wonderful boat trip to discover marine life. Our guide was very friendly and attentive. The trip went smoothly, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the dive site.

Reviews: Full Day Ponta de São Lourenço - Natural Reserve
Guest User2026-08-27
Samuel was a great guide for our Ponta de São Lourenço walk! The hike is moderate - not extremely difficult, but definitely not an easy walk, with plenty of stairs, elevation changes, and uneven surfaces. Samuel kept a good pace, stopped regularly to make sure everyone was together, and shared interesting information about the volcanic landscape and local flora. He was very informative and happy to answer our questions. About two hours into the hike, there’s a small café where you can get food and drinks, plus toilets, before heading back. Overall, a great tour and a beautiful hike!

Reviews: Madeira: Whale and Dolphin Watching Tour
Guest User2026-10-12
We just got back from our whale watching excursion with Cesar and Lo. We were absolutely thrilled with our time on the boat. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we saw three groups of pilot whales, some very close up. The boat was well-equipped (oilskins and comfortable life jackets), and we respected the animals by turning off the engine and letting them approach, which we really appreciated. Towards the end, as we were enjoying the wildlife, the crew didn't rush us to leave, even though we were on a tight schedule. There was a little surprise on the way back for added fun, and everyone loved it. Two hundred percent recommended for those with a sense of humor and a good tolerance for speed. (But no jolts to the back, which surprised me!) Thanks again to the whole team.

Reviews: Ponta de São Lourenço (PR8): Hiking Tour with a Geologist

We really enjoyed that hike with Sandro. He was very knowledgeable and explained the landscape very well. Also, it was a small group and we could walk at our own pace. We highly recommend this hike with Sandro. Sophie&Elise
