My son (10 years old) and I had a lot of fun riding the jet boat, especially the 360-degree spins. Our guide was great. He also spoke German. He also spoke English slowly and clearly, so we could still understand him with our limited English.

Definitely recommended if your Switzerland trip is a couple of weeks as train travel is the way to go over there. It’s so convenient purchasing it at Trip.com and the tickets are emailed almost immediately. Be sure to print it out or keep it in your phone as conductors do check your half fare card almost every time. Note that you can purchase attractions like the gornergrat train and the first gondola at half off too.

The itinerary was a bit tight, but the weather was great for taking photos, the tour guide was enthusiastic, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend taking a road trip if you have the chance.
