This was a fantastic tour! Simona was so knowledgeable & great to spend time with. She really engaged us and connected on a personal level. We learned so much that we wouldn’t have been able to on our own. And the food & wine were absolutely delicious!! Wow!! It kept getting better & better. We couldn’t have lucked out with a better guide! We are so glad we took this tour and couldn’t recommend it more!

The guide made this experience. We had six food stops.. Each with a different aspect of Slovenian food and wine culture. The final stop was my favourite, dessert with a view over the city. The guide made all the details of the tour really come alive rather than just spouting facts, and is an absolutely lovely person to spend the afternoon with!

Ksenija was an awesome guide! She brought us to local, classic places that really helped to bring the history of Slovenia to life. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and friendliness made the entire experience so enjoyable. Each stop had nice sized portions and enough time to get a bit of background and relax a little. We even saw a few off the beaten path attractions around the city! My favorite stop was at the wine bar in the castle with gorgeous views. What a lovely day we all had. Highly recommend! Come hungry!

Simona conducts the tour in a very friendly way. She knows a lot about the city and Slovenia and takes us to restaurants and stalls we would never have discovered otherwise. The food was delicious, and we're so glad we got to know Slovenia and its traditional dishes. Thank you! ☺️
