Booking through Trip.com is a little more expensive, but the support is excellent, so I booked through them. As is often the case overseas, we departed an hour earlier than the scheduled time, lol. Thanks to that, everything went well. The ferry is small and extremely hot, so please bring plenty of water with you.★

We arrived at the designated time and checked in. We stayed in their cafe on the second floor. The guys informed us we were ready to board. Great guys, awesome team! We rode up there with the captain, absolutely amazing!!! We couldn't resist leaving a tip! Superb service, highly recommended 🙏🏽★

The speedboat trip from Bali to Lembongan Island took about 40 minutes and departed quite punctually. The ride wasn't too bumpy. However, upon arriving at the South Island pier, you need to wade across the water. Since we had children with us, the boat staff kindly helped carry them to the beach; the service was quite good.★
