The price was surprisingly low. At first, I thought there would be some extra charges not mentioned in the description, but everything went perfectly. The driver, Rico, was very professional. We discussed the route in advance and followed it exactly. I highly recommend this service. The only thing is, when booking, I chose a car, but a bus arrived. They arrived right on time for the pickup, and thanks to the kind and safe drive, I was able to travel comfortably from Ubud to Padang Bai! The boat was smaller because it was cheaper than other boats, but I had a pleasant ride. I recommend it!

I was looking for a ferry to the Gili Islands, and there were so many options that I did a lot of research and thought hard before booking. I chose Wahana Ferry because it was known to be reliable, well-maintained, and had good reviews. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the seats were comfortable and spacious, making it a smooth trip from Bali to the Gili Islands with my children. And the round-trip from Gili to Bali was a smooth one. It was a very satisfying trip.

The speedboat trip from Bali to Lembongan Island took about 40 minutes and departed quite punctually. The ride wasn't too bumpy. However, upon arriving at the South Island pier, you need to wade across the water. Since we had children with us, the boat staff kindly helped carry them to the beach; the service was quite good.

Pickup was on time, and the whole trip went perfectly. Our driver, Atawan, was excellent 👍 He was very friendly, polite, and professional. He drove safely and made the whole journey comfortable and stress free. We visited several beautiful places during the day, and he always gave us enough time to explore each location without rushing 📸 The car was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the long day trip much more enjoyable. Communication was also very easy, and everything was well organized from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this service — especially driver Atawan — to anyone who wants to explore Bali comfortably and safely 🌿✨
