Driver was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I had an unusual itinerary in that I wanted to go to a residential area to meet my friend (who lives in Bali), but the driver was patient and also able to advise clearly on likely traffic conditions / travel times Agency contact was also responsive and efficient. I only had one small suggestion: I think if the agency contact could also send the customer an initial message immediately upon booking (eg in case of any questions), that would be better than messaging for the first time the day before the trip.

This was one of the most majestic views we’ve experienced - this was but one of the many highlights on our Bali trip. Our Jeep driver (and photographer) , Wayan was amazing! He was so patient, told us where the sun was going to rise from, took so many amazing pictures - he definitely has a photographer’s eye! We’ve added a picture to show his commitment to make sure the pictures were cutesy! And they were!🤏🏻Overall it was a 100/10 experience 🥹🌅

We really enjoyed the excursion! The program was very busy, so it was more of an active trip than a leisurely stroll, but we had a lot of fun. While snorkeling, we saw several manta rays and an unusual fish with a large snout that we'd never seen before. The entire trip was well organized: the guides thought of everything and supervised everything, leaving us to just enjoy the views and have fun. Thanks for a great day on Nusa Penida!
