Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!★

We booked a driver for two days. The first day in Ubud was wonderful. On the second day, we decided to go to Sekumpu Waterfall. It was a three-hour drive, but the driver didn't know the route and didn't use the GPS, so we spent an extra hour and a half on the trip. We asked to stop and change money before Sekumpu, but they didn't. In the end, we didn't have enough money for entertainment, even though the drive was very long. In general, if you're traveling long distances, make sure the driver knows the route and knows how to use the GPS.★

Pak Dewa was excellent throughout our trip in Bali. He picked us up from the airport, took us around Ubud, and was always flexible with our itinerary. He spoke good English, was very friendly and patient, and happily adjusted the plan to match the places we wanted to visit. We really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. We were picked up from the hotel on time, accompanied the entire route, and took photos, which is very convenient if you're traveling alone. There was a slight hitch on the way back from the island: the driver changed and didn't meet us at the pier, so we had to walk away from the port and wait. The issue was resolved in about 10 minutes, and everything ended well. I recommend it.★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
