The directions to the boarding area were easy to understand. The driver asked me my destination and told me where to get off. I didn't know that the bus wouldn't stop unless I pressed a button, but he remembered and dropped me off at my destination. He was very kind, and I'm grateful.

It's very convenient. I walked out of the terminal and boarded the bus straight away. There's space for luggage, and it arrives right in downtown Melbourne. It's a 10-minute walk to the hotel, or you can take public transport. It goes nonstop to Melbourne Airport. The view from the second-floor window is magnificent. I loved it.
