This was an outstanding custom tour that we worked out in advance. Our tour guide Kana-san is a local of the area and knew her way around - we felt like we were getting an "insider tour" done especially for us. We hit all the highlights in Aso area, great views and some fun hiking and history. Kana-san also had some "secret gems" to show us that we didn't expect, and were really worthwhile. I'll keep her secret safe and all I will say is that the corn was great. Thank you. This was the best guided tour we've ever had. ★

A wonderful travel experience, especially with our guide Aiko-san, who was incredibly attentive and considerate. She led the group well and explained the stories behind each attraction, making the whole trip exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. As someone who frequently travels abroad, I really appreciated this kind of day trip experience. It solved both transportation issues and allowed for a well-planned itinerary, eliminating the need for painstaking research and planning.★

Miss Nicole was a very pleasant tour guide, and the trip was as expected due to the long travel. I enjoyed ir regardless, and I like how they update periodically on Whats-up so we won't overstay in one location.★

A fantastic itinerary! The scenery at every attraction was absolutely stunning! The overall trip wasn't tiring at all; the kids loved it, and the adults had a great time too. Our tour guide, Sun Peng, was fantastic! His introductions to the attractions were lively and engaging, and he also highlighted the best food and photo spots. A perfect trip!★

I highly recommend this excursion: the volcano is an absolute must-see, especially when it's active, with several viewing areas. There are three different viewpoints. Excellent value for money. Comfortable bus with very professional staff.★

Thank you to our tour guide, Wu Xia, for your incredibly dedicated service, which made for a wonderful day for everyone! Although we encountered a traffic jam due to an accident on the highway and our attempt to gamble on the weather in the mountains failed, Wu Xia's expert explanations along the way provided a wealth of knowledge about Mount Aso, which was still very rewarding! You absolutely must go boating in Takachiho! It was so much fun! Wu Xia's self-made boating instructions were extremely useful! This was a combined Chinese and English tour, and the bilingual explanations increased the tour guide's workload, but Wu Xia took excellent care of both groups, taking beautiful photos for everyone – truly amazing!
