The paddle-boarding was awesome! You can paddle into a really cool cave and the view of the cliffs of Polignano from the Adriatic Sea was very nice. HOWEVER, BE WARNED, you will have to carry your paddleboard 10 minutes through busy streets and around people laying down on the beach, which is rocky and therefore has bad footing; oh and you have go up and down the equivalent of 3-4 flights of stairs as well. That said, IT WAS WORTH IT! It just would have been appreciated if we had the heads up about the walking with the paddle boards and the beach situation in order to be mentally prepared.
