We had to wake up very early (around 4:20am), but Thu Ha made the arrangements smooth and clear from the start. The long drive was comfortable thanks to a very modern, well-equipped van, which made the early morning much easier.The stalactites in Paradise Cave were absolutely stunning, I’ve never seen formations so massive and detailed before. The lighting inside the cave truly brought everything to life and made the experience even more magical. Phong Nha Cave was equally impressive, especially the peaceful boat ride along the river.Lunch at a small local restaurant in Phong Nha was delicious, with plenty of local specialties. I was especially grateful that vegetarian food was thoughtfully prepared for me. Overall, an unforgettable and well-organized day despite the early start.★

Totally worth the money! Jessica was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable and fun. The bus was spacious and comfortable, the driver very experienced. Phong Nha was peaceful, Paradise Cave grand and impressive. Lunch was delicious, with vegetarian options. The Son River along the boat ride was extremely calming.★

Fantastic tour of a one of a kind site and unforgettable experience. I chose the option with morning 1km tour of Paradise Cave, and afternoon at the Dark Cave with mudbath inside and water activities outside. There are options for all day 7km in Paradise Cave but this was perfect. The magnitude of Paradise Cave was amazing and we had a good amount of time to appreciate so many beautiful sections. Not sure photos can do justice. In the afternoon on the Dark Cave I had a little introduction to cave exploration just enough to conquer my aprehensión about small closed spaces, but very manageable but still exciting and with an alternative route to the mud bath area. Then relaxing in the river outside. Definitely worth the stop.★

Absolutely amazing experience!! The team was top notch - safety was a priority and I felt very secure and cared for in every activity. The food was incredible and the campsites were beautiful. The hiking and caves were unmatched, best in the world!!! Highly recommend. Shoutout to Seven and Tuan, our amazing tour guides!! Oxalis is the best tour company I’ve ever done a trip with. They thought of every little detail. Also sustainability was prioritized and all hiking and camping were done in an environmentally conscious manor.★
