I received a call immediately after booking, and the support was incredibly prompt and helpful. The schedule was also very smooth. The transfer vehicle was brand new, making the journey very comfortable. The guide not only gave clear and precise instructions, but also shared many interesting stories about the cave, which captivated me.
The moment I stepped inside, I was overwhelmed by its scale and deeply moved! The cave was cool and pleasant, and the scenery inside was breathtakingly beautiful. Furthermore, there were plenty of water activities such as kayaking and swimming, and the safety measures were thorough, allowing me to enjoy myself with peace of mind. The lunch after all that fun was hearty and very satisfying. Without a doubt, it was an unforgettable experience.★

Fantastic tour of a one of a kind site and unforgettable experience. I chose the option with morning 1km tour of Paradise Cave, and afternoon at the Dark Cave with mudbath inside and water activities outside. There are options for all day 7km in Paradise Cave but this was perfect. The magnitude of Paradise Cave was amazing and we had a good amount of time to appreciate so many beautiful sections. Not sure photos can do justice. In the afternoon on the Dark Cave I had a little introduction to cave exploration just enough to conquer my aprehensión about small closed spaces, but very manageable but still exciting and with an alternative route to the mud bath area. Then relaxing in the river outside. Definitely worth the stop.★

I really enjoyed the jungle trek to get to the cave—it’s such a fun and interesting experience. The team was incredibly enthusiastic, providing clear instructions. Our guide even shared some really interesting stories about the cave along the way.
The two absolute highlights of the trip were definitely the zipline ! Afterwards, we had a blast with all the water activities, from kayaking and swimming to a bunch of other fun water games. We had lunch at a decent restaurant nearby, and the food was pretty good. Truly an unforgettable experience★

Lilly was a lively and funny host for our trip to see the Paradise and Dark cave attractions. She shared some moving stories that added texture and context to the history of the caves and how they’ve been discovered and used. The photos she took and shared with all of us on the tour are also fun! This tour comes in two options and the local pickup option is by far the better choice. We got up at 4am to take the Hue option and it’s too much traveling in one day. We didn’t get back until 10 pm by the time we did drop offs and more pickups along the way! so unless you really want an 18 hour day trip, arrange your trip to stay somewhere near Phong Na!
