Francesco was absolutely incredible. He was quite thorough with telling us & pointing out so many details of Modena that one would never know about without taking the tour unless you spent countless hours researching! He brought us to the places that we would have never thought to go to in order to experience the secrets & history of Modena! I would highly recommend this tour with Francesco!

we were shown around by one of the factory employees, she was excellent and informative. i could not fault her. what was a bit strange was that our booked guide did not show up, as we arrived we waited and then the very nice employee with good english came out and said i will show you around today as camilla cannot make it. we had no prior notification. it’s a small factory and allows you to get a full understanding and hands on.

An unforgettable day in Parmesan and Parma ham heaven! From the moment we were picked up in the small buses, it was clear: This was going to be something special. Our chauffeur immediately made us laugh with his humor and typical Italian charm – and the good vibe stayed with us throughout the day. With plenty of wit, heart, and knowledge, he guided us through the world of Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma. We not only learned an incredible amount, but also tasted, smelled, and felt the passion that goes into these regional delicacies. The tastings were simply divine! Anyone who loves good food, authentic experiences, and the Italian joie de vivre should definitely not miss this tour. 💛🇮🇹

Really lovely guide and plenty of room for all the tour group. Very informative in an interesting way, especially how important the naming of products is. Great to be able to taste the difference in cheese and vinegars. Easy to purchase well-priced quality produce. One suggestion for the Parma ham tasting would be to have 2 different aged hams (the one we did try was lovely).


