08:30 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Kota Kinabalu and transfer to the marina jetty. After registration, board on the speed boat and put on the life jacket provided. The boat ride to Manukan Island will take about 15 minutes. On arrival at the island jetty, be fascinated by the nature surrounding the island. As you walk through the jetty to the main entrance, you can see colorful fishes underneath the jetty. After registration, you are free at your own leisure.

Activities of selection are sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, trekking, and water sports activities at your own expenses. In the afternoon, depart from Manukan Island and hop to Sapi Island where your barbeque lunch is ready to be served. After lunch, relax and enjoy the sun and sea breeze. At 3:00 PM, depart from Sapi Island and boat ride back to the marina jetty. Onwards, transfer back to your hotel.
