Please present the e-voucher on-site

Please arrive at the scheduled location at least 10 minutes early. If you are late without prior notice, your appointment time will be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

Passengers with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other conditions that should avoid excessive stimulation are not permitted to participate in this activity.
