The boat ride from Sanur harbour to Nusa Penida is on time. The snorkeling trip was delayed by 40 minutes. We didn't finished the whole itinerary because of the9 delay. The tour guide is very good, nice and kind.

The itinerary was well-planned. A driver picked us up from the hotel to the pier in the morning and helped us exchange all our boat tickets and boarding passes. A dedicated driver from the island picked us up on the boat to Nusa Penida; he was a very friendly young man (special praise!). We chose the east coast route, first visiting the Teletubbies exhibit, then the Treehouse area. There are several photo spots at this location, all requiring an entrance fee; we only chose the treehouse photo spot, which cost 750,000 Indonesian Rupiah. Photo opportunities are timed, two minutes per person, starting from when you begin climbing the stairs, so be sure to prepare in advance.

The speedboat ride from Sanur to Nusa Penida is definitely one of the highlights of a Bali trip. Even though it can get crowded in the morning, the arrangements are well-managed, and there aren't excessively long waits. There are several speedboat companies to choose from, mostly offering medium-sized boats with ample seating and life jackets. Boarding may involve wading through some water, so it's recommended to wear shoes that can get wet. The scenery along the way is beautiful, with clear blue waters and exciting, gentle waves. The journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on weather and sea conditions. The boat may experience some bumping if the waves are strong, so those prone to seasickness should take medication beforehand. Overall, it's not as scary as you might think. Upon arrival in Nusa Penida, staff will help with your luggage and safely escort you to the disembarkation point. In summary, it's a fast, convenient, and worthwhile way to travel, ideal for those who want to save time and experience the sea up close. Booking in advance during peak season is recommended for assurance, and choosing a reputable company is crucial.

The transfer picked us up from the hotel and took us to the Sanur port. The driver went to the check-in counter and brought us tickets. Then the shuttle took us to the pier. We didn't see a VIP lounge there, but everything went very well 👌

This was a very fun snorkeling trip. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They took cool photos of us under water and really made it a fun experience. Highly reccommend.
