The vehicle was very comfortable, and it was a small group, which was great. It's a pity the weather wasn't cooperating, so we couldn't see the beautiful scenery, which is a bit of a shame 😔. However, the whole trip went smoothly, and I would recommend this tour if the weather is good!

The itinerary was very reasonable, and our tour guide and driver, Mr. Baiyin, provided excellent service. It was just a bit of a shame that the weather was bad and we missed the cable car!

Our tour guide was Tom. He was really great; the night before the trip, we received a text message with more information. He was very knowledgeable during the trip. He also sent photos and messages telling us when to go to certain places. It was really nice and the service was very thoughtful. We went on a very busy day, but Tom still gave us a very enjoyable trip! Because there were so many people, we needed to be on time for everything, but we still had plenty of time to visit all the attractions and free time. It was a very pleasant trip, thank you Tom!

As someone who doesn't usually leave reviews, I absolutely have to give our tour guide, Sakura, a huge thumbs up for this Mount Fuji private tour! I was surprised to find it was a global group tour, and the guide switched seamlessly between English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Her explanations on the bus were lively and engaging, and she took excellent care of everyone in the group, being incredibly witty and humorous! This trip was incredibly lucky. We saw the breathtaking Mount Fuji, and the meeting times at each attraction were perfectly timed. We even made it back to Tokyo Station before rush hour! It was such a fortunate trip!

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!
