The vehicle was very comfortable, and it was a small group, which was great. It's a pity the weather wasn't cooperating, so we couldn't see the beautiful scenery, which is a bit of a shame 😔. However, the whole trip went smoothly, and I would recommend this tour if the weather is good!★

Our tour guide was Tom. He was really great; the night before the trip, we received a text message with more information. He was very knowledgeable during the trip. He also sent photos and messages telling us when to go to certain places. It was really nice and the service was very thoughtful. We went on a very busy day, but Tom still gave us a very enjoyable trip! Because there were so many people, we needed to be on time for everything, but we still had plenty of time to visit all the attractions and free time. It was a very pleasant trip, thank you Tom!★

I was traveling alone, but didn't want to rush to the meeting point early in the morning. I saw that the 9-person group tour with hotel pick-up required a minimum of two people to book, so I contacted customer service and paid the difference to book smoothly. The 9-person group tour was arranged with a minivan, driven by a young man named Timo. He picked me up from the hotel on time, and the itinerary was well-planned and smooth throughout the trip. He was very attentive and nice.
The weather was fantastic that day; the snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji was breathtaking, and the flowers in Oishi Park and Lake Kawaguchi were in full bloom. It was truly a worthwhile trip!★

The Shibazakura (moss phlox) day trip was incredibly cost-effective! The price was reasonable, and the scenery along the way was absolutely stunning! Although the weather in Tokyo was terrible with a torrential downpour in the morning, the enthusiastic service of our driver, Mr. Chen (nick), dispelled our gloom. The sky cleared up when we arrived at Mount Fuji, allowing us to take many beautiful photos and bringing our Mount Fuji trip to a perfect close. Throughout the trip, the travel agency's customer service and driver Nick were both warm and patient in answering my questions, exceeding my expectations. If I have the chance, I will definitely choose this company again next time I bring friends! 😊😊😊 Highly recommended! Highly recommended!★
