We loved this day out, the staff were really good and accommodating plus extremely professional. This trip will live long in the he memory . We particularly enjoyed the canoeing and the swimming at the end.

Overall impressions are a 4 out of 5. But that's because of the weather. There was wind and waves. I was lucky I brought swimming goggles—they're a must-have accessory. Drops of water constantly get in my eyes. We mostly drove up to the island, and the guide took a few photos. Taking photos myself is difficult; my phone is in the glove compartment, so it's awkward to get it out every time. I took a 1630cc one; there's no point in taking more than that, it's more than powerful enough. Overall, the experience is positive, I recommend it.

Ticket redemption is easy and fast. Was given free ticket to see petting zoo with tiger. Excellent and entertaining show, with a great buffet offering a wide variety of choices. However, latecomers were distracting once the show had started.
