The tour was superbly organized. A minibus arrived at the hotel and took us to the pier within an hour. There, we were given stickers and boarding passes based on our lists. Two hours later, we arrived at Tonsai Pier. On board, in the Economy Lounge, we were given tea, coffee, water, and motion sickness pills. Everything was perfect. The captain passed Maya Bay, Pele Bay, and the Viking Cave, giving us a great view.★

The booking process was quick, and they contacted us immediately to inform us about the transfer. The driver arrived on time and took us to the pier. We were briefed on everything and boarded the boat. Very convenient! I recommend booking with the transfer because they picked us up from the pier and quickly took us to our new accommodation!★

We booked a hotel pick up and ferry from Krabi to PhiPhi and it went very smoothly. The pick up was on time and the van was clean and comfortable . The price was the cheapest we had seen so it was a win win!! Will deffo book this again!!★

We booked ferry tickets from Phuket to Phi Phi. The ferry is old and takes two hours (twice as long as the speedboat), but it's suitable for the elderly (it doesn't get seasick as much) and for pregnant women (they're not allowed on the speedboat at all). We were picked up from our hotel and driven to our destination (the price is included in the ticket). A young man met us at the pier and gave us directions. At check-in, we were given stickers (first and middle class) instead of boarding passes. Seats aren't assigned; you just take available ones (within the amount you've booked). The crew allowed us to get off and go up to the deck above (which is great, as I get very seasick). This ferry allows you to go to Phi Phi Don for a few hours and return the same day. However, we had a hotel booked for several days, so we bought one-way tickets, like many other passengers. When the ferry approaches the islands, it takes 10 minutes to circle around Phi Phi Island (where Maya Bay Beach is), and it's truly beautiful. You can't see this from a boat because it's smaller and lower.★

Very convenient and cheaper than other places. I showed my reservation number at the check-in desk, and they gave us a sticker for each person. We booked the economy option. The ferry was comfortable—it had air conditioning, and we had coffee, muffins, and cookies along the way, along with fruit (watermelon). There was also a small shop selling noodles, chocolates, and other things. I recommend it.
