The customer service was excellent, the itinerary was well-planned, and they provided pick-up and drop-off service with timely reminders. The scenery on Mermaid Island is unbeatable, swimming in the Jellyfish Bay is fantastic, the tour guide was very responsible, and the boat and car drivers were excellent – their skills were superb! The lunch on the island was also delicious; I ate two pieces of the fried fish!★

Fantastic! The tour guides were all very considerate, helping to watch your bags so you could have a great time. Remember to download the WhatsApp app; the guide will contact you the day before, and you can leave the whole day in their care. The weather was beautiful that day, and they even took us to see the sunset – absolutely gorgeous!★

I'm very satisfied! The guide kept an eye on our belongings the whole time, so I was able to snorkel with peace of mind. There are only basic showers and no changing rooms, so if you need to change, you'll have to either use the toilet or wrap yourself in a towel and change discreetly.
