How to use

1. Select your preferred date, time, and number of participants to make a reservation.

2. Once confirmed, a mobile voucher will be sent to you.

3. Upon arrival, please provide your name to the staff.

4. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the experience may be restricted.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Please visit the branch you selected at the exact time when making your reservation.

- If you are more than 20 minutes late, your experience may be restricted.

- Participation in the experience is available to those aged 12 or older.

- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after reservation.
