2-A: Please reconfirm with customer support before departure to ensure your flight is scheduled to depart on time.

2-B: After arriving at the airport exit, please carefully look for the pick-up sign with your name (A4 paper, in Chinese or pinyin). Wait in the pick-up area for the dispatcher to call your vehicle in. (Due to the large number of travelers requiring airport pick-up, please check carefully and repeatedly for your name.)

Option 2-C: Airport pick-up: The driver will wait for free for 90 min as scheduled.

2-D: If the passenger fails to use the vehicle on time due to personal reasons after exceeding the waiting period, the driver may leave, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

2-E: If the passenger fails to carefully look for the airport pick-up sign and dispatcher upon arrival, resulting in a docking error, please immediately contact this guide for coordination or clarification. If the passenger leaves without contacting this guide, it will be considered as voluntarily forfeiting the airport pick-up service, and this guide will not accept any negative reviews or malicious claims.
