How to use
After successfully booking a service, please refer to the system for pickup time and meeting instructions one day before your travel date (if you enter your WhatsApp/KakaoTalk number, we will send you a text message through this platform).
If you're picking up at Cam Ranh Airport (CXR), after landing in Nha Trang, collect your luggage and proceed to the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting, holding a name sign.
If you're being picked up from your hotel to Cam Ranh Airport (CXR), please arrive at the hotel lobby by the designated pick-up time. Your driver will meet you at the hotel reception.
If you need assistance finding your driver or if your pickup time/flight number changes, please contact our hotline immediately for assistance.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 5:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

- Please enter your contact information correctly so our staff can contact you if necessary. We will confirm your pickup time at your location and notify you through the system at least one day before your travel date.
- Please leave your WhatsApp/KakaoTalk contact information to make it easier for us to contact you.
- Additional charges may apply if the option you selected and the hotel address are not in the same area. We will notify you in advance in this case.
