A wonderful place to relax! Huge, beautiful, green grounds, multiple pools, and a waterfall. Separate relaxation tubs. The water park is quite small, with two slides and a children's area.★

There were some parts of the information that were a little confusing, but I was able to make a reservation on the day without any problems, and the check-in process was smooth.★

The environment is nice, with a Southeast Asian tropical feel. It's a bit far and the location is slightly out of the way.
The service is so-so; the shower water is salty, not fresh.
There were quite a few Russians there, and the shower rooms didn't provide any toiletries.
Cold water is available at the hot spring area.
The staff doesn't speak much Chinese, so the service is just average, probably because it was too crowded.★
