We had an amazing overall experience on our Taiwan tour! ****✨ Despite the rain, we still had such a wonderful and memorable time. Our tour guide, Ms. Frances, was absolutely amazing—she was very helpful, accommodating, and attentive throughout the whole trip. She made sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of, even with the weather conditions.
The bus was also great—clean, comfortable, and convenient for getting around all our destinations. The tour was well-organized, and we truly enjoyed every stop along the way.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this Taiwan tour! A big thank you to Ms. Frances and the whole team for making our trip enjoyable and memorable despite the rain. 💗****★

The whole trip was fantastic! Our tour leader, Michael, was incredibly friendly and even ordered us some super delicious peanut ice cream rolls at Shifen Old Street. I highly recommend this day trip! 🙌🙌🙌★

If you want to see all the sites on this route in comfort, this is a great option. The bus is comfortable—travel time between sites is about 40-70 minutes, with enough time at each location for about an hour or more. There are about 40 people in a group, and the bus has comfortable seats. Throughout the tour, guide Michael tells you about Taiwan and the sites we're visiting. It's fun and interesting. He gives advice on where to try and buy things, as well as where to find the restrooms. A ticket to the heliopark is not included in the price; purchase one in advance online or from the guide on the bus (cash only). The paths through the sites themselves are quite comfortable, with some stairs, but not many. I liked that you don't get too tired—you walk for an hour and then rest on the bus on the way to the next location. The tour ends just before the lanterns in Jufen come on, but you arrive just in time for sunset. I recommend visiting the A Mei tea house in Jufen - it's nice to sit with a beautiful view of the sunset - there is a set menu for $350 with unlimited hot or cold tea★

I like that they will oick us up at the hotel and that we are only a smal group so theres not too much waiting in the group. Though the driver is chinese. its easy to communicate★

It was wonderful. Even though it was a last-minute booking, they were very accommodating and I felt at ease communicating with them via LINE. Mr. Wang has an amazing personality and constantly made various efforts to ensure we had a great time. His stories about Jiufen and Spirited Away were truly enjoyable, and my middle school-aged son loved them too. Thank you so much for making sure the whole family had a good time and for taking so many photos. His personality was fantastic. I would definitely like to ask Mr. Wang to guide us again when we visit again.★

Mr. Chen was very friendly and polite. He contacted us the day before the trip to confirm the pick-up location and time. After we got in the car, he shared and discussed the attractions we most wanted to visit, and told us about their features and introductions along the way. Because the weather was unstable that day, it rained almost the entire time, and Mr. Chen even lent us his umbrella. We could contact him if we were late for the attractions. The trip went very smoothly, and he even dropped us off at the place we wanted. We are very grateful for the arrangements and transportation service throughout the day.
