Guide was very friendly and informative; however, we couldn’t visit the big buddha because of restoration so it should be removed from the itinerary to avoid disappointment

Our driver, Ah You, speaks excellent Chinese and explained the sights on the itinerary very clearly. The itinerary was well-planned and just right. He also took us to local lunches and trendy cafes along the way. The stress-free travel experience was exactly what we wanted. This was the best memory of my trip to Thailand! I chose the package that included a photo shoot, and they took pictures using both my smartphone and a DSLR camera. They took hundreds of photos in about 20 minutes and transferred the data from the camera to my smartphone. At the end, I was able to choose my favorite photo and even received a photo frame. The elephants splashed water on me and played with my trunks, but they were so smart and gentle that I grew to love them. All the staff were friendly and kind. I would like to visit again when I go to Phuket!

Overall, the day trip to Racha Island was excellent. The itinerary followed the tour description perfectly. Pick-up and drop-off were punctual, the catamaran was stable, spacious, and comfortable, the food was well-prepared, and the itinerary was comprehensive, covering all the expected activities. Our guide, Ah Cheng, and our cameraman, Ah San, were warm, attentive, meticulous, and patient, and spoke fluent English and Chinese. Ah Cheng, in particular, created a WeChat group in advance, providing timely and clear notifications for all activities, which gave me peace of mind and ensured I wasn't missed. In short, it was a pleasant trip.
