We live in the ubud city. The whole trip is from 03:30-13:30. If you are not in a rush, you can spend your time until 15:00. The Jeep journey is very good especially with a kind and careful driver Dedik. The hot spring is unexpectedly great. I suggest the company to let the customer choose the hot spring spot. Overall perfect journey! My mum is 72 year old. She enjoy the journey as well.

The driver, guide Mardair and Cartute were very nice. It was a very pleasant day. They were not tired with the elderly and did not walk around too much.

Pak Dewa was excellent throughout our trip in Bali. He picked us up from the airport, took us around Ubud, and was always flexible with our itinerary. He spoke good English, was very friendly and patient, and happily adjusted the plan to match the places we wanted to visit. We really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. He made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!


