Very convenient and easy to use, no need to book after buying. The hotel buffet was very good, the lobster and oysters with crab tasted passable! The pan-fried duck liver and the instant soufflé are very characteristic! . Took few minutes to book and confirm my Ticket via Trip.com. Getting in was easy and smooth, friendly staff, the Terminal was clean. The waiting area was comfortable, boarding was fast. when inside the boat, i got to my alowed seat number. very comfortable seats even i bought the second class one. The ride took around 1 hour. definitely the smoothest way to go Hong Kong from Shenzhen.
