Reviews: Whitsundays Whitehaven Beach + Free Time Half-Day Tour from Airlie Beach/Hamilton Island

The itinerary description and the actual itinerary differed. The entire trip mentioned meeting at a specific point, but no one contacted us to explain the details, leaving us to explore on our own, which was quite confusing. Fortunately, the scenery was beautiful and fantastic.

A trip to the Whitsunday Islands isn't complete without a sunset cruise—it's so relaxing! The food on board was so-so, but the scenery was absolutely stunning!

Riding a speedboat is quite fun; sometimes it goes very fast, splashing water everywhere and making you feel like you're about to fly out of the water. You arrive at 8:30 AM, wearing your own swimsuit underneath a one-piece swimsuit provided for snorkeling. The trip departs at 9:00 AM. The itinerary includes two snorkeling spots (if you're inexperienced, inform the staff). Then you'll visit Whitehaven and Hill Bay. The boat provides a brownie for breakfast, and lunch includes lettuce, fried rice noodles, and potato salad (all cold). Afternoon tea at the end of the trip is fruit skewers. Only iced water is provided on board; it's tap water with a disinfectant smell, so it's best to bring your own water.

Awesome tour. The Skipper Dave and Crew/tour guide Luke were amazing. Funny, helpful and informative. I can not fault them. Pickup and drop off to our accommodation was a bonus. Lunch was delicious and catered well for my Gluten free husband. Plenty of food for everyone. Snorkeling spot was insane. So many fish and great coral edge. Had the best day, thank you

I've been on vacation for a few days now, and I'm so happy! The itinerary is packed, the tour guide is very patient, and the price is well worth it.
