We flew out of Nha Trang Airport. We booked fast track access 24 hours in advance. They messaged me on WhatsApp, and they explained everything. We arrived at the airport and first checked in for our flight. Then a young man met us and took us to a separate line for customs. It took us 5 minutes to get through customs. There were about 40 people in the regular line, which wasn't very crowded. We arrived 3 hours before departure, so this service wasn't really necessary. But it's better to spend the extra time shopping than standing in line. If you're short on time and have a lot of flights and people waiting, I definitely recommend using this service.★

Very fast and efficient. We were met in Nha Trang and taken straight to a separate customs line. The whole process took 5 minutes, both there and back. They'll send you a WhatsApp message with the meeting location and an approximate time 24 hours in advance.★

I booked a fast track flight because I wanted to spend more time in Ho Chi Minh City and avoid the four-hour trip to the airport. Immediately after payment, I was contacted on WhatsApp and added to a group with an airport employee. I received detailed instructions and guidance on the best time to arrive at the airport.
After checking in and receiving my boarding pass, I was met by an employee with a sign with my name on it and escorted to the airport without waiting in line. The entire process took about 10 minutes instead of the usual 1.5-2 minutes at large Vietnamese airports due to the large number of passengers.
I'm very pleased with the service and the speed of service. I had a great experience and highly recommend it!★

Everything was fine. They packed us up, checked the passenger lists, and drove us away. There were stops for food and toilet breaks. The guide tried to help everyone. As we later learned, they also organize tours directly to Cat Ba.
