It's a little cheaper than buying it at the station on the day. Since seats for the desired time may be sold out on Sunday mornings departing from Seoul or on busy days, I reserve a seat on the AREX website once I know the train time (you'll need the voucher number you purchased here when making the reservation).

Very convenient. It's super easy to get cash from a machine, and they accept euros, dollars, and even just won. They accept it everywhere! The only issue is that I had trouble reading my transport card, but that must be my phone, because to top up or check my T-Money balance, you have to tap the card to the phone for the chip to be recognized. 🤪😂

It was quite simple from booking to joining the app. The processing speed was very fast and I received the serial number. The discount may have to wait for the local store to join. There are not many discounts at present.

I purchased the same tour ticket through AirTrip last August, but the ticket exchange counter was closed on the day, and there was only a sign saying it was closed that day. My plans for the day were ruined, so I had to spend the day in Hongdae at short notice. I felt like crying and sorry for my family. Trip.com accurately reported that the tour was not running on August 15th. AirTrip refunded me, but I felt regretful thinking about the experience my family had this summer. Next time, I'd like to take my daughter on the Seoul City Bus Tour, since I wasn't able to see her last year.

The ticket exchange process went very smoothly. Even though I don't speak Korean, I just smiled, nodded, and showed my receipt to get the ticket. The Korean counter staff and the driver were also very polite! It was just that waiting outside in -10 degree weather was quite cold 😆

It's really easy and nice. It's easy to understand from Incheon, but there are many stops from Gangnam and it may be difficult to understand the bus stop. I think it's better to be close to the hotel and the bus stop. If you become a limousine bus, you won't get to Alex.


