If I could, I'd give it a 10! One of the most memorable experiences of my life! The flight takes about 15 minutes, the location is incredible: a beautiful coastline, beach, and cliffs. The staff is very friendly and smiling, answering all questions, making jokes, and encouraging. I had a wonderful pilot; I asked, and he made the flight more exciting, adding small turns. In the waiting area, there's a cooler with free water, a restroom, and plenty of shaded benches. They give you a free GoPro camera to record the flight. Everything is very professional and well-organized. The only downside is the information on the booking page; it's incorrect, and if I hadn't contacted customer support, I would have missed my flight, wasting time and money on a taxi. The booking description states the service time is 5:00 PM, but in reality, that's not the flight start time, but the base's closing time. Be careful!

Nice day in Ubud. High traffic jump to go, road was busy despite the low wet season and Ramadan. I cannot imagine in peak season. Guide was very helpful, itinerary interesting. Rice terrasses quite touristic, I would prefer a place more authentic. Waterfall fantastic. Overall very good day.

The driver on the island was good; he took photos and tailored the route to suit us. But the snorkeling wasn't great; if there are waves, it's better to skip it altogether and explore more of the area.

It was a lovely trip around Bali's sights ☺️ The manager texted us immediately right after the booking and provided the information about the car, driver's name and other significant details. Our driver Made was very kind and professional. He suggested us the convenient route, so we could visit all beautiful spots we planned to see. Thanks for the service, hope to see you again someday!

Despite getting soaked in the rain 🌧️ that day, we still enjoyed the experience of exploring that side of Bali. We had a wonderful driver/tour guide (Wirma) and the other two people who were with us on the tour were great travel buddies. We got stuck in traffic for a very long time on our way back to Kuta, so we had a sing along in the car. 🎶 It was a very fun day overall. 🥰🇮🇩

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^
