Reviews: A day trip to Asahiyama Zoo in Hokkaido, Japan, including the Forest Elf Terrace, Shirahi Falls, and Blue Pond.

Our Chinese-speaking tour guide was from mainland China (Sister Bingbing). The meeting point was easy to find. The zoo was given a fair amount of time for a day trip, but it was just so much fun, and with lunch included, we felt the time was insufficient. The snowmobiles were really fun, and the snow at Shikisai-oka was perfect for snow activities. The guide also recommended the bakery next to the Fairy Terrace; the bread was absolutely delicious. Because the return trip to Sapporo took a while, we only had time for a short visit to the Fairy Terrace. Exploring all the shops on the terrace would take quite a bit of time. However, for just browsing and taking photos, the time was enough! It was my first time on a day trip, and I had a wonderful time. The beautiful snowy scenery along the way was truly breathtaking, especially for someone from my country who rarely sees snow!

Overall, the tour was excellent and each stop offered a memorable experience. The only exception was Ningle Terrace, where most shops had already closed by the time we arrived. It may be worth reconsidering its inclusion in the itinerary to ensure guests can fully enjoy the visit.

Furano's scenery is absolutely stunning! The endless flower fields and magnificent mountains are breathtaking. Today's trip to Furano gave me a new appreciation for nature, especially the purple lavender fields—it was simply dreamlike! The air in Furano is so fresh; every breath feels like a pleasure. I wish I could stay here forever. Today's itinerary was perfectly planned, combining beautiful natural scenery with rich cultural experiences—I was very satisfied! The people of Furano are warm and friendly, allowing us to experience the rich local culture. It was truly an unforgettable trip!

Unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative. It started raining as soon as I left the house, and it rained heavily the whole way. Especially when we reached Shikisai-oka, the rain turned into a downpour, mixed with freezing rain. The wind was also incredibly strong; it bent my umbrella, and I almost lost my balance walking. I was getting soaked, but thankfully I had brought rain pants and rain boots. The overall itinerary was generally reasonable, except for one place where, although they offered free ice cream, I still encourage everyone to look at the local products; there were some unexplained sales pitches.
