We booked two days in advance, and it got quite crowded with people starting to get busy during the summer holidays. We picked up our meal tickets at the customer service center. The restaurant's selection was decent, considering the limited space. The ambiance was first-class, with excellent views, and it wasn't too noisy. For the salmon sashimi, you can order the belly; it has a sweet aftertaste. There was no queue, and they also had hot dishes, Western pastries, and both Chinese and Western soups. After your meal, you can enjoy a free tour of the 117th and 118th floors for sightseeing.

We really liked it. We booked the second floor and were allowed to sit by the window in the empty seats. There is free access to the upper floor open deck (I read in some reviews that not all allow this). They offered lemon water, some kind of hot compote, and snacks. The views in the evening were stunning.

We departed from our hotel in Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. Since we have young children, hiring a car was more convenient. Before the trip, a staff member contacted me to inform me of the pick-up and drop-off time and vehicle information for the next day, which made me feel very safe. The driver's service was also excellent. We were able to decide the duration of our trip ourselves, which was very flexible. I highly recommend this company!

The driver was responsive. But the tour isn't worth the money; it's expensive. We booked it for $283 for two; if you take a taxi and buy tickets on the spot, the cost would be 3-4 times cheaper.
