Overall, the experience was great, the itinerary was smoothly arranged, and I highly recommend it to those who don't drive! Since we were staying at a hotel near Lake Toya that night, we were able to get off directly at Lake Toya and head to the hotel after prior communication – it was so convenient being right next to the drop-off point! We could also visit other attractions in the morning, which was much easier than figuring out transportation on our own, and the price was very reasonable! Furthermore, our tour guide, Zoey, was very friendly, and the online customer service was also very helpful. Pre-trip communication went very smoothly. Thank you for your assistance! 😊

It's a pity that the viewpoints on the island's Wuyi coast are only open for half an hour at a time. Perhaps adding a little more time or allowing tourists to explore nearby trails would make the trip more enjoyable. Overall, however, the tour leader and itinerary were excellent, especially the use of flip cards to display meeting times at each attraction on the bus – a very good method to avoid misunderstandings among tourists speaking different languages. Our tour guide, Victoria, was absolutely fantastic! Her trilingual (Chinese, English, Japanese) explanations were amazing, and she was incredibly patient in answering questions. It was a truly wonderful trip!!! Thanks to her, the trip was amazing!!! The itinerary was also very well-planned; we had plenty of time in Otaru to properly explore each place. Especially in Hokkaido, a place with limited transportation but abundant natural beauty, choosing this tour was a wise decision! The bus was so convenient; I'd give it 10 stars, but I can only give it 5 at most. Overall, I highly recommend it!!!

The driver, Xiao Qian, was punctual, had a good service attitude, and was polite. He helped plan the itinerary and introduced restaurants and attractions. He was also patient and helped with luggage. The trip was very enjoyable.
