10/10 Experience! We had Mr. Peng as our private driver and it was great. For anyone considering this service, it's important to have the right expectations. Think of this as hiring a private driver rather than booking individual DiDi rides, not as hiring a traditional tour guide. We designed and customized our own itinerary with six stops and spent as much or as little time at each location as we wanted. Don't expect detailed historical explanations. Instead, be proactive in researching your destinations and be comfortable communicating through WeChat for pickups, drop-offs, and changes in plans. We knew what we wanted to see and photograph, and researched the history ourselves. With the right mindset, this is absolutely a 10/10 service!

He is truly exceptional: kind, friendly, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. From the very beginning, Young made us feel comfortable and welcome. He listened carefully to everything we wanted to see and made sure we visited all the places on our wish list. He also went above and beyond by showing us some of the most beautiful, interesting, and amazing spots in Chongqing. His knowledge of the city, his attention to detail, and his genuine willingness to make our day special made all the difference. What we appreciated most was how caring, flexible, and dedicated he was throughout the entire tour.
