Nice day in Ubud. High traffic jump to go, road was busy despite the low wet season and Ramadan. I cannot imagine in peak season. Guide was very helpful, itinerary interesting. Rice terrasses quite touristic, I would prefer a place more authentic. Waterfall fantastic. Overall very good day.

Our driver Dedi was a lovely fellow who made us feel welcome and comfortable in his presence. He followed our custom itinerary to the dot. When we couldn’t go to one of the places we planned, he took us to a coffee plantation which was amazing.

Our trip to Nusa Penida was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and the island itself is simply breathtaking. We visited several stunning beaches with crystal-clear water, dramatic cliffs, and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of the trip was snorkeling — the underwater world was vibrant and full of life. Seeing colorful fish and coral reefs up close was truly magical. We would also like to give special thanks to our driver, Putu. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire journey. He made us feel safe on the road. Thanks to him, our experience was even more enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, this excursion exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend visiting Nusa Penida — it’s a must-see destination!

First time trying out 4WD to Lake Lava Mount Batur, our driver Dewa did a fantastic job along the way. Safety was his priority along the stone filled bumpy ride. Also brought us to photo spots for nice pictures, taking beautiful photos for us. Great to have him with us, thank you.

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

I booked a Bali day tour via Trip.com and had a smooth, enjoyable experience. The tour was arranged by Family Trip Bali, and coordination was clear throughout. Our Bali driver, Mr. Agung, was friendly and professional. He ensured a pleasant journey and helped us retrieve our boat tickets and find the waiting area, which made things very easy. At Nusa Penida, Mr. Wiki was both our driver and guide. He was helpful and attentive, assisted with logistics, brought us to the included lunch, and even helped take photos for us. The snorkeling was arranged by Naomi Nusa Penida Tour. They handled consent forms, provided equipment, and helped take underwater photos and short videos. A shower area was also available for a quick change. Overall, the tour was well-organized with friendly service, making it a hassle-free and enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!


