Traffic in Ubud is indeed terrible, but our driver/guide, Wayan Zheng, was a highlight of the trip with his service and engaging conversation. He picked us up on time, introduced us to local culture along the way, drove smoothly, and was enthusiastic and energetic, taking great care of us on the road. Highly recommended! Thank you so much, and I'd love to recommend him; it was a wonderful trip. The only downside was the incredibly bad traffic!★

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

It was a wonderful trip to the island! Our driver in Bali, Komang, came to us on time and took us to the pier, and then took us back to the villa. Our guide on Nusa Penida, Tom, one of the best guides ever! He not only escorted us to the beaches, but also took beautiful photos for us. Snorkelling was very good too, there was 4 spots, all good and beatifil
