The service was great, however, the trip was very poorly organized. They say that once the booking is made, you should call the agency for the pick-up, but there's no phone number provided, so you're only notified 15 minutes before the appointment. It's best to book with a local agency for more information directly, as the service itself is very good.

Fun experience, staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is good. They provide boots so just remember to wear something sports-y because of the mud. Also take a towel because there are shower stalls you can use after riding.

The tour includes a trip to the buggy area and a separate guided trip to the rice terraces. We enjoyed the buggy rides; everything is quite safe, the routes are well-trodden, and it's difficult to deviate even if you really want to. Be sure to bring a change of clothes, including underwear, as it gets very muddy. I recommend throw-away clothing or synthetics, and preferably sunglasses. Boots, helmets, and towels will be provided on site. Afterward, we headed out to the trail with the guide. The guide was very friendly and shared a lot about Ubud. You can explore the terraces independently; the area is small, but there are plenty of spots for Instagram photos, including various swings and installations. Some require a fee, so I recommend bringing cash. Overall, we were pleased with the tour.

Great experience! All necessary information and gadgets required to make the experiences as smooth as possible were made available so that we only had to enjoy the amazing activities and views! Our guide for the rafting, Tom, was great as well, his energy and competence made this experience super fun!


