Huang Jin, our tour guide, was excellent! The experience was exceptionally enjoyable. His explanations were professional, detailed, humorous, and thoughtfully arranged. He was enthusiastic and responsible throughout the trip. We were very satisfied with his explanation of the Leshan Giant Buddha; he shared everything from the rich history and culture of the site to interesting anecdotes, making the trip memorable. The tour was purely sightseeing with no shopping stops, and his lunch recommendations were also very satisfying. There were no hidden tricks or shopping stops, making for a fantastic experience. On the way back, he even recommended some local restaurants. If you're traveling to Chengdu, Huang Jin is definitely the right guide! 👌🏻

Our tour guide, Mr. Hu, was very considerate throughout the trip. At noon, when the foot of Mount Emei was still shrouded in mist, Mr. Hu kept checking the weather at the Golden Summit and said that the sun would be shining brightly there. After lunch, he took us straight to the cable car to reach the Golden Summit, where we were indeed treated to a rare and stunning view of the sea of ​​clouds.

This day trip to the Panda Base and Leshan Giant Buddha exceeded my expectations, and I must commend the tour guide! The itinerary was well-planned; the early morning entry to the Panda Base avoided the crowds, allowing us to see many lively pandas. At the Leshan Giant Buddha, the explanation was professional and engaging, making the history of the Buddha and the story of the confluence of the three rivers easy to understand. The day trip was long, but the guide managed the time well, allowing ample time for photos and rest. Throughout the trip, the guide was patient and attentive, and there was absolutely no hard selling.

We choose this trip to avoid climbing the mountain in July. Everything was excellent, our chauffeur mr Chen picked us from hotel and took care of us the whole trip, from collecting tickets to restaurant recommendation. Leshan big Buddha is best viewed from the ferry. After lunch we headed to the amazing Huanglongxi ancient town. After a pleasant trip back to hotel we also got a few places by Mr Chen to view Chengdu at night.

It was a wonderful trip! We booked a private, unguided tour for four people with Trip to the Chengdu Panda Base and the Leshan Buddha. We were worried that without Chinese, we'd have trouble understanding and communicating with the driver. But our worries were unfounded. They contacted us via WhatsApp the day before the trip, explained all the route details in English, and supervised us remotely throughout the entire trip. A huge thank you to Travel Concierge Zoey for organizing our trip, supporting us, resolving any unexpected situations, and having a great sense of humor! It was an unforgettable adventure with guide Mark! We formed a very friendly, fun group of travelers. I'll never forget the jokes about "2 meters," "Nemo," and "everyone's lost." 🤣 It was truly amazing! Time flew by. The pandas were incredibly cute—we managed to see almost all of them, and the weather was perfect. The Buddha statue is impressive—it's definitely a must-see. Lunch at an authentic restaurant was amazing! Our guide explained each location in detail, explaining all the special features, and answered all our questions. It was a truly amazing trip—I definitely recommend it to everyone! ❤️
