One-way point-to-point transfer, full-day charter, or other itineraries arranged with Toyota Alphard, Vellfire, or customized 7-seater business vans (private charter shuttle bus services for Hong Kong and Macau routes involve vehicle changes as part of the package; please consult the merchant in advance if you require a non-change vehicle option and confirm agreement before placing your order). Thank you.
The driver will wait for free for up to 30 minutes for boarding or customs clearance. An overtime waiting fee of ¥200 per hour will be charged if exceeded.
For domestic flights, the driver will wait for free for up to 60 minutes after the plane lands. An overtime waiting fee of CNY 200 per hour will be charged if the waiting time exceeds the free period.
For international flights: 60 minutes after landing + 30 minutes free waiting time (total 90 minutes). Overtime waiting fee: CNY200/hr.
Additional pick-up/drop-off points or itinerary changes must be reported promptly. A new quote will be provided based on the customer's updated itinerary.
During major holidays, an additional 30%–50% overtime fee may apply. For details, please contact customer support. Thank you.
Hong Kong/Macau transfer night overtime fee, friendly reminder:

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
