Love everything about this hotel! Room is bright and clean with huge window for beautiful mountain views. Comfy beds and blankets. Multiplug sockets in room is super convenient for charging. Open kitchen is fantastic if u want to cook your own food. Cosy lounge areas, laundry area is convenient too. Staff is super helpful especially Zui! Food and coffees are exceptional! Near supermarket and ATM.

Excellent facilities. Boutique type lodge. On main road so ask for a room at the back. Very clean. Excellent food. Limited wine but still good. Thai dancing display. They work extremely hard. Lots of places in nearby villages selling local ethnic foods. Swimming pool. Long way from Hanoi. It’s where the locals from Hanoi go for holidays. Sunny. Cooler than the city. Too far from Halong bay in a day

It was a dream stay in the wonderful resort! The villa is super, the pool and the view point offers wonderful views over the mountains and restaurant races! Breakfast is top, Vietnamese and western.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! We stayed here for a week and it was absolute bliss, total relaxation. Our room was lovely and the pool/view are out of this world. The staff were all lovely, they were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and that’s itself made the experience enjoyable. Rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. The hotel also has a lovely pool with poolside bar where drinks are made using fresh fruit. The spa is also good. The only disappointment was the food. Given how much good food there is in Vietnam, the food here was truly disappointing.

Great for family staycation, to relax and chill outside the city area. Has many facilities such as Onsen, indoor and outdoor pools, renting of bicycle, kid playroom, etc. Room is very spacious but many little details are lacking and has to be refresh! Walls, curtains and balcony glass doors were dirty. Bath items (eg. shower gel & shampoo) wordings are fading off, which you have to see clearly before using the exact bath item. There were multiple power trips in the evening when we were in the room. Staff were friendly, however, they don't understand English. My parents had trouble with their room TV as it couldn't be switch off, called the housekeeping for assistance but nothing was rectify even having a staff over to the room. Breakfast: Food choices was fair but wasn't fantastic. The dining area was too overcrowding and messy! There wasn't enough space in between other guests' tables to walk in and out. Should have a separate smoking and non-smoking area for diners. Plus point - has a beautiful nature spot outside the dining area. Great for photo and strolls after meal. The resort seems to generally caters for the locals.

The service is too bad, the swimming pool is shallow and the water smells strongly of chemicals, the food is poor, if you eat a little slower, you will only have your belt left! The service lacks transparency! There are almost no entertainment services for groups! The surcharge is too high, 200k/1l of alcohol (although it is alcohol brought by the customer). If you want to drink, the hotel sells it very expensive!
