I was a little nervous to stay here after recent reviews, I'm not sure if I was lucky with the room I got or if others look for more to complain about...but I could fault it. I have previously stayed at the Avanti Hotel but recent reviews there put me off staying. Yes the rooms are dated, most of these motel type hotels are, but the room was spotless which to me is the most important thing. We had taken some wipes to clean down surfaces etc just to be cautious but every wipe came up clean, top marks! Everything in the room worked as expected, fridge was good as was the microwave. Excellent location, we didn't use the pool but it looked good. Only slight issue was the Hurricane, the fire alarm went off twice as a false alarm...but these things happen. & there was some water leakage into the room from the door, which by our last day had caused a not very pleasant smell. But I'm not blaming the hotel for this & I assume they would have had a way to resolve this had we been staying longer & mentioned it! Our room was in block 3000, top floor facing the pool, no issues with noise - I doubt any room facing the pool would have an issue. Good view from the top floor too over to Volcano Bay. Happy to recommend the hotel for couples, families etc. I'd certainly be happy to stay here again for a future Orlando holiday!

Arrived and the refrigerator was not working, nor was the tv remote. Maintenance came the refrigerator had been turned off and the remote needed batteries. Done. Then went to Brush my teeth and the water was leaking into cabinet. Called maintenance again and they said they would repair the next day. Went to take shuttle to universal. The bus was late and smelled like gas. Picked us up late as well. The breakfast was very simple and nothing to rave about. The clerk at the front desk was very quiet and unfriendly. All in all wouldn’t recommend but location was good.

The Fairfield at Marriott Village is a great holiday. The location is so wonderful that regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities such as the pool etc. We did have breakfast daily, which had a good selection of hot items, breads and cereals. The Mickey Mouse pancakes were delicious. Our rooms were large and spacious, with great air conditioning, lovely hot showers and sufficient tv channels. The beds and rooms were very clean. It is very handy that there are washers and dryers and ice machines on every floor or every other floor. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks but we preferred to drive to be able to leave and return to the park, for necessary breaks in the height of the heat. Would happily stay there again. There are 2 other hotels on the property (Courtyard and Springhill). I imagine these are more upscale. I would have appreciated an offer to ”upgrade” at a nominal fee to experience.

Overall stay was good. Staff was excellent, willing to help, and courteous. Rooms and hallways were okay. Beds were kind of short. Breakfast was okay with normal food served. Yogurt had been frozen along with muffins and etc. Pool was good but not enough lounge chairs for everyone. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work making it more a hot pool. I would definately stay there again. No major issues and great staff.

I wish I had more nice things to say about our visit to Rosen Shingle Creek. Overall it was a nice stay, but little negatives piled up throughout, resulting in this average review. I brought my family along with me for a very large conference being held at the Orlando Convention Center, and the RSC was an official conference hotel, so many attendees were staying here. PROS . The staff! Overall, wonderful, friendly, engaging and responsive. Shout out to Heather and Mike at the Cat-Tails bar and poolside service. We had an Amazon Fresh order scheduled (there is a small fridge in the room) and the bell stand delivered it within 5 minutes of us requesting it. My mom and niece were also staying at the hotel, and the front desk attendant thoughtfully placed our rooms right next to each other. . Conference management. We had a great conference rate and the acknowledgment of our (significant) presence was thoughtful. Overall, the team was well prepared for several hundred attendees moving around the property. CONS . Rooms NOT that family friendly. I have a real issue with hotel bathroom designs that aren’t accessible for kids. I had to drag the ottoman into the bathroom area so my youngest could reach the sink. A huge leather ottoman in the bathroom is not ideal. . Substandard housekeeping. I asked for laundry bags from our service provider and was told they weren’t available. She pressured us out of our room one day saying she was trying to finish her shift early and upset my niece to the point of tears. Another morning, we had privacy lock and sign on and they were knocking at 8:30 to come in. It all felt very disconnected. . The Food. The biggest disappointment was that a resort this size, and a Universal Studios property, was such a let-down when it came to food. If you have any food allergy whatsoever, don’t stay here. The RSC makes little to no accommodation for food allergy or intolerance, which is very surprising in this day and age. My husband is celiac and other than FRENCH FRIES and VEGETABLES was extremely restricted in his food options. Only one restaurant was able to offer him gluten free bread for a burger. Food allergies are more and more common, it is unreasonable that RSC was lacking in its accommodations. In comparison to Disney properties where almost anything can be accommodated for food allergies, it was a glaring difference. Food options for children were also limited and unhealthy. After three days of eating cereal, French fries, and cardboard pizza, my kids were desperate for a freaking hot dog. None of the seven restaurants offered such a thing, but I was told they were available at the golf course snack stand. So I walk all the way out there to get three hot dogs and they were…sold out of hot dogs. Our Amazon Fresh delivery was a godsend, and there’s a Publix market at the end of the (very long) resort drive. . Universal partner means what?? We were very pleasantly surprised by the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. I have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one was the best I have stayed at. It was just recently renovated. The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast you can take advantage of and even offer Starbucks too. This Courtyard has so much to offer and I can't recommend it enough.

Highlights: airport shuttle (paid, Universal ShuttleStar), bus transportation to Citywalk all day every couple minutes (included), park early entrance (included), pools open till 10pm, market and Starbucks in the lobby. And, the biggest plus for me was the fact that they don’t have a strict check in rule: as long as they have a room available, you may check in (if you’re traveling in crazy hours with kids, this makes all the difference!). Staff is great, very friendly and helpful despite the hotel being very busy at all times. Rooms are clean - you don’t get service everyday but you can ask for anything and they leave you at your door. Again, despite the hotel being very crowded, kids running everywhere, everything was clean at all times. Will definitely stay again.

The service was fine the room was very convenient when having a layover. as far as food, it was just the restaurants in the airport and not hotel food as far as I know.

Really loved this hotel and would stay again but probably try the All Stars Movies next time. The hotel offers free shuttle to all the parks but during peak hours can be quite packed. It is a family resort so felt safe within the premises. The food court offers reasonably priced & tasty food and closes quite late at 11 pm. Wished there were more fountains to refill water bottles. There is also guest laundry which was very easy to pay to use.

Amazing hotel. Affordable. Would totally comeback again anytime soon. I recommend it 100%. Pool is impressive and gym it’s amazing. Location is good you’re close to everything. Walking distance from bars and rests.

We stayed here for two weeks during September 2022 and really couldn’t find any fault with the hotel, especially for the price paid. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and gave great customer service. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, with two pillow choices available (labelled firm and soft) which we thought was a great idea. There are also lots of charging ports fitted into the room which come in very handy. The rooms are on the basic side but for the price paid they’re great value. Housekeeping was also every day which many places surrounding Disney still weren’t offering at the time we stayed, and was one of the reasons we selected the hotel in the first place. The included bus service to the Disney parks is also excellent, and much better than the Disney resort provided buses in our experience. They ran every hour to every park until after closing time and were always on time, with good a/c and a seat available. The hotel is also only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs, where you could then use Disney transportation to resorts if needed for dining reservations etc. We also stayed during Hurricane Ian and we couldn’t have felt safer there. Every staff member was outstanding and went out of their way to make sure we felt safe, with many working longer hours to do so. The bar and food service stayed open for the duration of the Hurricane too which meant we didn’t even have to worry about getting food/water. All in all this was a fantastic stay and we will be back.

We were greeted by Franciely she was great and she took care of us and made sure we were well attended. We got a couple of frozen drinks and mixed drinks and they tasted so good! I highly recommend swinging by this bar and enjoying the fun in the sun and the great people!

Royal Pacific Resort never disappoints. Another 23 night stay and it was perfect. From the moment you step into this hotel you are warmly welcomed throughout, from the Valet Guys to the ladies who look after your rooms, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The resort is immaculately clean throughout in all public areas and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day we were there. The King Suite is a good size, beds are very comfortable and bathroom products are nice. We always had plenty of towels and products replenished daily and turndown service were exceptional too. Very special thanks as always to Raymond, Marian and Andrea. The Club Lounge is a jewel in the crown of this hotel. The staff go above and beyond for you and welcome every guest like a friend. The food is replenished regularly and everything is kept clean and tidy. Staff are the best. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. We were so grateful to Samuel, Jen and Sophia when we needed some help to change flights and extend our stay due to Hurricane Ian, they made the process so much easier. Alex, Daniel, Raphael, Jen, Tory, Caitlyn, Kayleen, Trisha, Mitchell, Jordan, Hailey, Gia, Sophia and Tamara are all simply wonderful and we can`t thank them enough for looking after us so well. And the lovely Wellington as it is always a pleasure to chat to him. Bell services are wondefful and again look after you so well. Milton and Rob are two of the nicest gentlemen you could ever hope to meet and it`s always a pleasure to talk to them if they have the time. Samuel Martineau is always wonderful and at the front desk Katie, Cornell and Asha were very helpful and so friendly when we needed anything. Special thank you to Egle for her kindness. And nice to see Daniel from Valet again, he always remembers us. Orchids Lounge is another place that is always amazing. Ty, Colby and Mariella are so lovely and the sushi is among the best in the area. Fresh, tasty and original. Bula Bar was also a place we enjoyed this visit during some pool time. Food was excellent and the pool area was immaculately clean and the staff around the pool are very nice and again, make sure everyone is ok. The buffet lunch Island put on during the hurricane was also good and Elena looked after us well too. Tuk Tuk we used for the first time this trip and the food we purchased was fresh and tasty and staff were nice. The Express Pass is a wonderful perk of staying at this hotel, and the proximity to the parks is second to none, a short 7 minute walk takes you to IOA or you have the boats which run regularly and get you there in a few minutes. Royal Pacific Resort is one of our two home aways from home, there is nowhere better for us and we have so many reasons to keep coming back to this wonderful resort. The actions of all staff during the Hurricane were amazing. They looked after everyone so well and we felt completely safe and looked after during the couple of days it was around us. Hotel is going under summer innovation so 100% is that to be expected however it was an overall good experience and I would definitely recommend staying there especially if you want to go to SeaWorld I was there for a conference facilities were good

The service was fine the room was very convenient when having a layover. as far as food, it was just the restaurants in the airport and not hotel food as far as I know.

Amazing hotel. Affordable. Would totally comeback again anytime soon. I recommend it 100%. Pool is impressive and gym it’s amazing. Location is good you’re close to everything. Walking distance from bars and rests.

Curtain was too short, they had to improvise and add clips to shut the middle part and glue with take the sides so sunlight didn’t come in the morning. One of the days asked for cleaning service at front desk, they said it was gonna be done but room was not done when I came back at night.

Our service at the beach was wonderful! Alejandra was an excellent server. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. They have great lounge chairs and umbrellas. You can rent larger lounge chairs and cabanas for the day, too. It was easy to access the beach directly from the Fontainebleau property.

Our excellent experience at the Tru began before we even arrived. Julissa and Dia both assisted in making sure that our accommodations for the week were just what we needed. Upon arrival everyone was courteous and eager to let us know that they were there to help in any way. Our room had a wonderful view of the pool, Biscayne Bay in the distance, and downtown Miami. Speaking of the room, it was the perfect size for us, with a comfortable king bed, large tv, and clean throughout (and kept well clean during our 1-week stay by housekeeping team). We very much appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast, and what made the breakfast especially tasty and fresh were the number of hotel team members making sure that all food options were available (e.g. eggs, bagels, english muffins, fruit, and coffee ALL restocked as needed throughout the breakfast service.) The pool was my favorite place to relax during the day. Ample towels and umbrellas were available, pool deck was kept clean, and the pool water was clean, cool, and refreshing. In summary between the lovely room accommodations, outstanding complimentary breakfast, great loaction (just a short walk from Brickell center), relaxing pool area, and most of all, the highly professional and courteous hotel team - from leadership across all levels - the Tru is an exceptional value for short or long stays in Miami.

The experience was very good. Although we arrived at the hotel very late, the two front desk staff, sweety and mia, were still enthusiastic and took the initiative to upgrade the room, introduce the hotel's business premises, and take the initiative to guide us to the elevator after checking in. They were very considerate. The room is also very spacious, with a wide view, smart facilities, good air conditioning, and clean sanitation. It was very comfortable to stay. The various beautiful scenery in the garden, coupled with the artificial lake, is stress-relieving and relaxing. The hotel swimming pool is super large, the water is clean, and it is very enjoyable to swim. The breakfast on the second day was also very complete, with many Chinese and Western choices and good taste. When checking out, they will take the initiative to ask about the check-in experience and remind you to scan the parking ticket. The location here is also very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi without driving. There is also Metro Line 2 next to it. Overall, it is very cost-effective, and the stay is very pleasant, the service is good, and the environment is beautiful. I will stay here next time I come to Xuzhou.

Room, convenience store and everything is nice. Unfortunately the free shuttle takes time to reach the airport since I had to call and wait them to come to pick me up. It takes around 15-25 minutes for them to get to the airport. If I didn’t had a US cel number, which I hadn’t many times as a tourist, it would be hard for me to call the hotel.

Hotel location is good, parking is adequate. The interior of the hotel is very clean, the bedding is extremely comfortable and the space is large, with sofas, desks and chairs. There are many sockets, and the bedside lamp is equipped with a USB connector, which is convenient for mobile phone charging. WIFI is fast. Breakfast was rich, with hot porridge, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Drink variety, satisfied.

I had high hopes for this hostel but on my arrival I was brought down to reality. There were a few issues, from the girl on check-in not being engaging or friendly at all seemed more interested in her phone & could only conjure up one word reply’s to my questions. Our room seemed half done, this is a hotel that freehand has only half renovated, the 4 bed dorm had great beds but the bathroom had not been renovated since the 70’s. What Can I say about the air conditioning even on the lowest setting it was like a train was travelling through the room the whole night, I had to wear ear plugs & even then I found it difficult to sleep. The wifi was also nonexistent in our room to not have wifi in room in 2022 is unacceptable I had to regularly go to the main reception area just to send a few messages. The outdoor area was nice with a cool bar and swimming pool, that was the only redeeming feature of the property.

This hotel is really good. It's close to the beach and still dt. There are not many tourists. The hotel is not noisy or noisy. It's not like my friend's southbeach. I have been to Miami a few times and feel that this hotel is really no.1. Now it's hot season. One day, I grabbed 1200 a night and usually it is 1600, but the swimming pool closed a little earlier. The disadvantage is that there is no fan in the bathroom. My boyfriend's **** stinks. There is also water from Fuji, which is not offered voluntarily every day. In addition, it is full score. The dining bar is also very beautiful.
